Visit www.voterlookup.ca to check if your municipal voter information is up to date and make corrections if needed. Corrections made through the www.voterlookup.ca website will be included on the Municipal Voters' List when it is produced. If there are persons on the Municipal Voters' List for your household who no longer live at your address, it is important to Contact the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) as soon as possible to report these changes.

Voter Instruction Letters

A Voter Instruction Letter containing your voting credentials will be mailed to you in early October. Your Voter Instruction Letter is required to submit your ballot in Newmarket's Municipal Election. If you do not receive a Voter Instruction Letter by early October or identify an error with the information on your letter, call our Elections Office at 905-953-5121 or visit our Municipal Offices (395 Mulock Drive).
